• Handled the complexity of corporate credit application flows for a digital lending tender project at Bank Artha Graha, designing interconnected multi-step forms and integrating third-party APIs for document and applicant data verification.
• Built an internal component library using React MUI that was adopted across projects, accelerating new feature development for the frontend team.
• Deepened domain knowledge of financial reporting systems by learning the operation and reporting features of a PSAK 71 application used by 9 financial and banking institutions.
• Coordinated with the QA team on testing and bug fixes across each project, including complex modules such as the digital lending verification flow, to ensure application stability prior to release.
• Prepared technical project documentation, including UI designs in Figma, system flow diagrams in draw.io, API documentation using Swagger, as well as development guidelines and progress reports.

The Information Systems & Digital Transformation Division (PUSTIKOM) at Bung Hatta University develops and manages the university's information systems, digital services, and IT infrastructure. The division ensures reliable technology services that support academic, administrative, and institutional operations.

• Built a clinic information system using CodeIgniter 3 with a well-structured, comprehensive module setup, as the main project to fulfill internship graduation requirements.
• Took over the role of the official IT technician, becoming the go-to person for hardware and software repairs, troubleshooting, and maintaining campus infrastructure.
• Completed data recap and digitization for 722 graduates in Universitas Bung Hatta's 76th Commencement within 5 days, turning it into graduation profile materials displayed during the ceremony.
• Entrusted with handling official campus content, from writing articles and producing event videos to operating cameras and running Zoom meetings for university events.
